More: Our Finn was rescued at 8 moths old-he was purchased from a puppy mill and not vaccinated or neutered. He did not know how to walk up/down steps because he was kept in a crate. His foster had him neutered and sent him home the same day with us because I am a certified veterinary technician. He is one of the greatest joys of our life and the sweetest boy in the world that finally knows LOVE!
