More: Finn was rescued from a puppy mill raid. He was one of over 100 dogs rescued. As you can see from the pic he is very sight impaired and is completely deaf. I fostered Finn and very quickly fell in love with him so I became a foster failure and made Finn a permanent part of our family. He loves his Pro Plan shredded salmon and rice.
