More: Fletcher is truly the best dog 💙 Fletcher was adopted around the approx age of 1. He received his Canine Good CitIzen and his therapy dog certification only a few months after adoption. He is a great ambassador for his breed. Loving and submissive. Fletcher recovered from a large mast cell tumor at only 5 years old and now at 10 he was recently diagnosed with Transitional Cell Carcinoma (bladder cancer). He’s currently taking a mild chemotherapy and doing great. Fletcher is still playful and happy. Rescued dogs like Fletcher need more positive media and he would definitely get ORIVIS positive attention. Fletcher loves water and loves to swim in the streams of the Davidson River in Brevard, NC.
