More: Flicker is a rescue that we adopted from the Oregon Humane Society in April 2019. His history is a mystery, but he is a lively, talkative and loving dog. He is a master at fetch, and will chase the tennis for hours on end come rain or shine! We are so lucky to have found each other. It's as if he has always been our dog.
