More: Frank grew up in Emmonak Alaska on the Yukon River. He was rescued by AARF and adopted by Mo, an avid outdoors woman. He loves people, dogs, chasing marmots, hiking, backpacking and snow. He loves to steal balls and I’ve seen him get one away from a Rottweiler. Frank doesn’t realize that he’s only 12 pounds.
