More: Franklin came to us this February from Ma, Paws and Me Pet Rescue out of Watertown WI. Born in Alabama, he was brought to Wisconsin for a chance at a better life. He now loves to go fishing (has to sniff every fish), swim and wrestle with his big brother. His life is getting fuller each day.
