More: Frannie is a Colorado prisoner trained rescue dog. She was born in a puppy mill and was being sold for breeding. A lovely person purchased Frannie and 12 other dogs and donated them to the Colorado Correctional System for adoption. A friend once said that you can look into the eyes of some dogs and see their soul. That describes Frannie perfectly. A sweet soul who is happiest romping in the Colorado mountains.
