More: Goose is a fierce protector of our backyard pet ducks. When he was a puppy, we spent a lot of time working with him and the ducks so he would be comfortable, and not want to chase them. This is why we named him “Goose”. Any time there is a hawk flying above our yard, he runs under it until it’s cleared from view. He’s a sweet, protective boy, who loves swimming, hiking, camping, and curling up on the couch with his humans.
