More: I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer when Grace and I found each other. She was a 4 months old rescue that had just arrived at the local shelter. She and I hiked the mountains of Colorado daily during my cancer treatment. It was during this time, we learned to fly fish, kayak and chase squirrels. In truth she rescued me and we found our healing, our peace in the great outdoors.
