More: Vita and Gunner are best friends that LOVE adventure. This picture was taken on my family’s ranch in Colorado, the place that is considered Disneyland in our dogs eyes. Here, they can run for miles if they choose, but instead they stay by our side while we fish, patiently waiting for the release into the river. Nothing else matters but the cool crisp water hitting their faces as they dive into the river after the grand prize...that dirty old stick.
