More: I saved Gus from a shelter in NH. His owner passed away and no one in the family wanted him. He was not doing well and at 13 had few prospects of being rehomeed. I knew the people at the shelter and they knew I had recently lost my dog. They gave me a call and ask would I take a chance with Gus. I excepted and am so glad I did. Gus and I become great friends. I'm so glad our paths crossed. ❤
