More: For 40 years, we’ve always had rescue dogs. We believe in that mission. But one bit me in July and tho it saddened us, the county had to put her down. Never had a puppy before but were afraid, after the dog bite, to try another rescue. Hank’s the best dog we’ve ever had! A lot of work for a 75 and 70 year old couple, but we’re so glad the big goof is ours. (And he eats Purina Puppy Plan!).
