Several years ago I had to put my elderly cat to sleep, (had cancer) Hank went with to the vet & it was so touching what happened next.He sat down on his bottom,put both paws on my lap as I held the cat and Hank gave me a big slurp!on the face as if to say“it’s ok mom. I’m here for you”. The vet simply said “aaahhh”.
