More: This beautiful dog, who weighs 72 pounds, was 57 pounds when my friend thought she would make a great mobility service dog. She did, this was her photo after I cared for her for 8 months and while she learned to walk with me and provide balance. I retired after 45 years working in a large teaching hospital and had some spine surgery which made a dog to help me with my mobility for walking with cane in one hand and dog lead in other hand. She really did great for me for years and is retired now. Again. But this time Happy gets just what she gave as a service dog. We saved each other and this picture, taken outside my apartment, is so beautiful and Happy (and greyhound/sight hound rescues need to be brought to everyone's attention!)- thank you. Ann
