More: Howie came to us the night our 14 year old dog passed- he had escaped his original owner’s home! Turns out they were not capable of caring for him and allowed us to keep this bright spunky dog. After a back injury left him paralyzed 3 years later, Howie is an inspiration to us all. He fought through a tough surgery and bounced back ready to roll! He gets around no problem and loves nothing more than cuddling with his family at the end of a long day. He puts a smile on everyone he meets face. :)
