More: BlackFoot’s Ticket to Ride aka Coupe has picked up thousands of ducks and geese in his life. He holds his UKC Hunting Retriever Champion Title and his AKC Master Hunter title has competed in the International Grand as well as the Super Retriever series. He caught Blastomycosis while hunting and almost died. The disease left him blind in his left eye. He fought through that with his handler Chad Newcomer and still competes in AKC and UKC hunt tests and chases the ducks from Canada to the Gulf of Mexico. He’s everybody’s favorite at camp, in the field and at tests.
