More: Hugo is tied up to a chain outside of a house for 5 years a rescue organization took him away he spent the next year trying to get adopted. When I heard about this in the sad story I just went and got him. He went through 9 weeks of obedience training and now he is a good house dog and has a wonderful family that loves him and he is spoiled to death.
