More: Hunter is a rescue and was found near the Margaret Hunt bridge in really bad shape. I fostered him through many skin treatments heartworm treatments you name it for over 4 months. During those four months we developed a bond that could not be broken. I am proud for him to be my first foster fail! Since this helps cancer research Hunter has had five different mast cell tumors removed and is doing wonderfully. 3 years ago he had a life-threatening back surgery because of a disc that paralyzed him. Two different vets told me to put him down but I refused he is living his best life.
