More: Jack was a Hurricane Katrina rescue puppy, who we got when he was probably 5 weeks old. He was born in a shelter in Louisiana and brought to Raleigh, NC. He was too young to be taken from his mother, and he had lifelong issues, but he’s was a smart, dedicated, sweet boy who loved to play in the snow.
