More: Jackie is my forever foster and she is the main reason I moved 3000 miles from the West Coast to Tennesse. When I found Jackie at the shelter she was hidden from view with bloody bandages wrapped around her head. She looked completely defeated, indifferent and very sad. She is such a beautiful loving soul and has such a happy personality even with her Degenerative Myelopathy. I can only hope she knows how much I love her.
