More: Jasper was dumped into our fenced-in backyard at about 6 weeks of age by some unknown person who dropped puppies up and down the street. We fell instantly in love with him and decided to keep him. He was quiet but checked out healthy by our vet. He is an old soul who gets along with everyone - dogs, cats, and peoples <3
