More: Jax is a rescue of mine. He was in boarding for over a year and I adopted him on New Year's Eve in 2019. He has spondylosis but has thrived living with me and enjoying his best life now. He loves playing with other dogs, always wants a ball in his mouth and we love going for a walk and sniffing everything. My husband died about five years ago and he wanted his next male rescue to be named Jax so that’s how he got his name. My late husband and I have rescued adult GSDs for the past 30 plus years.
