More: My husband and I had a beautiful Bichon who unfortunately got attacked by another dog on his morning walk and didn’t survive. My husband and I were so lost and depressed we started looking st pictures online that looked like our Nooper. Then we started looking at puppy pics and for the first time in 3 days we were smiling a little. My husband said “I think we need to get a puppy” I though it was too soon but I wanted to do anything I could to ease the pain. That night I went on Craig’s list and found our little girl, Jovie. The next day we drove an hour to go get her. I named her Jovie because it means Joyful. She has saved us and helped to ease our broken hearts.
