More: Junie is so special. She is smart, loyal, and my best friend. I was diagnosed with colon cancer 7/21. She has been my constant partner through chemo treatments. She plays when I feel like playing and has stayed in the bed with me for 12 hours at a time when I’m sick. It’s like she knows I need a little extra love. I think this journey would have been much harder without her there. She loves her morning greenie, her salmon Purina pro plan and chasing squirrels. She’s gentle with puppies and hasn’t met a stranger whether human or canine. I think she’s beautiful.
