More: Karma was rescued from a shelter at 6 months old after being transferred from another shelter. Her ribs and spine were exposed and she had sores/scabs on her back legs and tail. What caught my eye was her immediate loving on me. I knew she chose me. I picked her up the next day and over the weeks her coat and skin healed and we became best friends. She loves life, she takes risks, has taught me patience and more love for nature and life. There is no such thing as sleeping in, being sad, or lazy days and she will let me know with her sassy talking. She has doubled in weight/size and is healthy. Dogs are truly a man’s best friend.
