More: Karma was a rescue that turned hero. She was about a year old and terribly abused before we brought her into our home. She had broken teeth, broken ribs and was so skinny. Shortly after we got her, my husband's bloodsugar dropped while I was at work. He called me complaining that he was tired and wanted to lay down but Karma wouldn't leave him alone. I had him check his levels and sure enough, it was super low. She has saved his life multiple times since. She loves water, hiking, her Frisbee but most of all, she loves us. We are honored to share our life with her.
