More: Katie was a rescue from Colorado. She was 45 pounds when her 'fairy dawg mother" saved her from euthanasia at a local shelter. We adopted her several months later. Through lots of love and tons of treats, she is now 85 pounds of genuine coonhound! Our Ferdinand (the bull) loves laying in the yard watching her squirrels run all around. She spends her mornings eating, napping and drooling, her afternoons eating, napping and drooling, and her evenings, well eating, napping, and drooling!
