More: Kipper is a rescue dog. I got him last year after loosing my prior rescue dog, Fred, that I had for 13 years. Kipper came from North Carolina to the Philadelphia area. Kipper had some very large shoes to fill from my last dog and he filled them perfectly. I swear he was sent to me by Fred.
