More: Kora was rescued from a very sad situation. She’s extremely shy at first but once you crack her, she’s a life long companion. Shes been my best friend for the last (coming up on!) 4 years. She was there for me through a difficult break up. She has saved me from a rattle snake. Together we have scaled tall peaks of Maine and low valleys of North Carolina with so much more in store. She’s in her happy place when we’re on the road and exploring nature. I can’t express how lucky I am to have her in my life.
