More: KOTA Flowers is an 11 week old German Shepherd/Labrador Retriever. She was rescued from a southern kill shelter and brought to the great state of Delaware. She is smart, sassy, lovable, curious, and has a true love for nature. This beauty gets attention no matter where we go and people tend to be drawn to her model looks. I love my KOTA girl!!!
