More: I adopted Lady from Peace for Pits in the Chicago suburbs. She and her brother were seized by the Chicago police when their owner was arrested for dealing drugs. She was in a cage for 12 weeks with no one allowed to hold her as that is the law. Until the owner relinquished custody to the state, no one is allowed to touch his property. We moved from the burbs to a tiny town in Wisconsin. We used to play fetch in a tennis court. Now we have acres to play on :)
