More: Laika is our retired Search dog. She is an amazing girl who literally found everyone we sent her out for. She never self protected much and thus her hips are a bit sore these days and she now lies in the fields loving to chew sticks. She las a lethal cardiac mutation so we are relishing everyday we still have . She has a younger brother GSD who keeps her young. She knows hundreds of English words and we speak to her as we would a child . She understands three and four directions spun together. We will miss her dearly.
