More: Otter and Lilah are both retired from Leader Dogs for the Blind. While they are not actually biological siblings, they act like siblings, Otter the big brother to Lilah. Our family is so blessed to have them. They both have amazing personalities and manners! Otter is also a certified therapy dog, and provides comfort to families in our family business.
