More: Lilly has been diagnosed with cancer. It’s mostly around her jaw. Even though she has a few weeks left and going through pain she is always happy to see me. She doesn’t have the energy to go to the river with me but she tries her best to get out the door when I grab my fly rod. Now she just gets joy rides and all the hamburgers she can eat while we’re out.
