More: Lily is one of four dogs consisting of a labradoodle, Havanese, and Bichon. Lily is 12 years old, but that doesn’t stop her from fetching tennis balls and chasing after the youngest dog (the Bichon). Lily was diagnosed with bladder cancer about a year and a half ago and she has undergone radiation, antibiotics, and other methods to try to lengthen her life. She currently is doing pretty well - still running around, same personality but she wakes up every hour or so tapping at the door to go pee. Canine bladder cancer is a truly unfortunate occurrence with dogs and I hope that there will be more methods and treatments developed to fight this cruel cancer.
