More: Lily Pad came to us by way of a rescue organization in Virginia that found her on the streets of Texas. This rescue helps all dogs, but especially black dogs find homes. It’s hard to believe, but black dogs are routinely passed over in shelters. We love our black dog and couldn’t imagine our lives without her.
