More: Louie was a failed foster from ACCT Philly. He was one of several hundred that came into our home as a foster, however the only one that never left. We had him for five short years before losing him to osteosarcoma. He loved everyone he met, and often visited elementary schools to teach children about rescue animals. He always sat on the Adirondack chair at the lake for safety because upon entering the water he would sink like a stone. We miss his giant head terribly.
