More: Lucy will be 16 in less than 2 weeks. We are throwing her a sweet 16 party! She has a sassy personality. Loves her family. Doesn't hesitate to speak her mind. Loves to give kisses. And is a mama's girl. She mostly sleeps now but we have some moments where she grabs a toy to play.
