More: Lucy came to the US from Turkey in Jan 2018 thanks to Southeastern Golden Retriever Rescue. She was found on a beach in Turkey, so it’s no wonder she’s a water dog. We adopted her in Feb 2018 and she has brought so much joy to our family. Lucy got trained as a therapy dog in Jan 2020, but hasn’t gotten the chance to do any visits due to the pandemic. Hope we can start soon.
