Bathtime for HRH Mae

More: A rescue, Mae came to us from a divorce case where neither wanted to continue their breeding 'program'. She had no human contact other than kibble thrown over the fence. She had broken toenails from trying to claw out of he crate on the ride up from down south. She lived with a leash on for 2 weeks and could only be 'caught' to go outside by tossing a treat down the hallway blocked with a baby gate. Needless to say, things have come a long way.. as she's snoring soundly next to me, head in my lap on the couch. It's been about 6 years since she came to us, and we couldn't be more in love.
