More: We adopted Maggie in 2014. We think she was about 4. She’s been a sweetheart but rules this household. In August 2020 she was diagnosed with extensive cancer of the adrenal system, heart, and anal gland. The cancer is inoperable so Maggie went through a series of chemo treatments until she could no longer tolerate them. She’s on a Keto diet and hanging in there over a year later.
