More: My husband Jason was crazy about our dog. I wanted to rescue but he fell in love with this breed. Jason took his own life last year and this dog has been my saving grace. He has been my best friend and my confidant in was had been the toughest time of my life. He has kept all of us connected, like our family mascot.
