More: Mando was rescued from a no kill shelter in Green Bay, Wi. He came to the frozen tundra from Texas and is enjoying the weather change! He is a sweet little guy with the love for big adventures with his humans. Mando has not taken a DNA test to determine his actual breed, but he is definitely a sweetheart!
