More: Marty Party is a little ball of energy, puppy grunts, and snuggles. If you don’t pet him, he WILL pet you. His favorite game is fetch and his favorite thing to do is give hugs. He’s the happiest, cuddliest puppy ever. My vet describes him as “a shiny little rainbow”.
