More: Maverick is the most adorable, smart and loyal pup ever. He is a celebrity in the neighborhood. Everyone knows his name. When I’m walking him I actually have people stop their car and roll the window down to tell me how beautiful he is. Not a day goes by that someone doesn’t compliment me on how well he is trained also. I have trained him to sit when people and dogs walk near us. He also moves to the edge of the street or sidewalk when a car is approaching. He loves everyone-people, children, babies, other dogs and even cats. I am so blessed to have such a fabulous companion as Maverick. P. S. He is named after Tom Cruise character in Top Gun.
