More: Mavis loves to hike! My husband and I are failed-fosters, as we first were fostering her through Streetdog organization in Memphis. One day we got a call that someone was interested in adopting her and we both felt that pit in our stomachs and knew she was meant to stay with us. Since, we’ve gone in countless adventures together. She has unfortunately have to had several mast cell tumors removed throughout her life thus far, but always recovers so quick and acts like nothing has changed! She’s our super dog.
