Max is training to be a therapy dog and his main goal is to bring lots of love and happiness to children’s hospitals and cancer treatment centers. Max is a 3-year-old Lab pup that lives on Faeryland’s Farm a small non-profit animal sanctuary in Baxter, Tennessee where we do educational and therapeutic activities with the animals. Max is the official farm ambassador and greeter always ready to play with his ball or whirlybird. Max loves to swim and has an instinct for water rescues. One time, he swam out to the float and towed us back to land. Max has lots of energy and can run and play for days. He even knows a few tricks and can climb up and down a 12’ ladder, and he is very good at searching out toys in games of “find it.” He is very gentle and lives with rabbits, cats, chickens, ducks, goats, turtles, and guineas.
