More: Max was adopted Aug. 29th, 2015 from the Cleveland APL at 3 yrs old. He came from a hoarding situation ( we adopted his mommy as well). He never knew what it meant to just be a dog... but he got 4.5 yrs to find out! He loved walks, snow, kids, tv, naptime and running free at the dog park. He was so much a lover despite whatever he had been through and he craved attention. He taught me unconditional love, patience. Sadly, Max became very ill in 2019 after it was discovered he was suffering from Mega Esophagus and Aspiration Pneumonia. He passed away November 20, 2019 in my arms getting belly rubs like he always loved. Max had one of your beds that he shared with his mom, and after his passing I could not bare to let it go. Sometimes I curl up on it with his mommy and just sit there with her for a bit (yes, it was a large bed)!
