More: Max is a rescue from Mississippi but was returned and ended up in Lab Rescue prison program where they learn obedience and routine. We got him at about 1.5 years old. He is the MOST affectionate dog ever, loves to swim, walk, retrieve sticks and carry them home from the beach. He is goofy, floppy and his bark can be heard around the world. Has a definite hound bark! So glad we rescued him.
