More: Mcgruff was pulled from a kill shelter in Tennessee in 2015 and transported to our rescue in Lubbock Texas. We are foster failures. Mcgruff shares his coach with two rescue Westies and a Cairn terrier. He loves everyone and is a great ambassador for a rescue dog.
